I have dealt with a couple of companies in the past and I find that Telus has worked the best for my needs. I can receive in areas where others have failed. The main reason is Talk Wireless Customer Service; it is number one with me as far as I am concerned I make a point to talk about this. Like many people (and corporations) these days, I have been looking at all areas of my life to save money and cut expenses.
One of the areas I recently looked at is my internet service. I have been a customer of Neighbourhood Wireless for a few years now and have even recommended them to some of my friends and neighbours. They are still with them to this day, as far as I know.
I recently investigated other wireless providers and found the price of some of these more suited to my immediate needs. I decided to investigate my needs as far as internet usage is concerned and compare it with the services provided by these other competitors and their advertising rates.
I immediately realized that, although the quoted rates seemed magnificent, they did not even come close to supplying my needs and that at my current needs the cost associated with these other competitors would put me in a financial bracket that I was trying to avoid in the first place. The long term cost of these competitors would be excessive and I realized that my current provider suited all of my needs in an efficient and cost effective manner.
By investigating my needs and usage closely and the services provided by a variety of wireless providers, I decided to remain with Neighbourhood Wireless and probably will for a long time.

When your internet service has been down I have been very impressed after I leave a voice mail message with the response calling me back. In addition with the positive attitudes of these individuals. It feels like ‘local and professional’ vs other providers where it’s professional but impersonal. This takes the sting out of down time when it does happen.
